1. Standard Cancellation:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled check-in time will receive a 100% refund.
  • 50% Charge: Cancellations made between 48 to 72 hours before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or in case of a “no-show,” 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

2. Group Bookings (5 rooms or more):

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
  • 50% Charge: Cancellations made 15–30 days before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will result in a 100% charge.
  • Group policies may vary based on negotiated terms.

3. Peak Season Cancellation:
During peak seasons (e.g., summer holidays, festivals, or long weekends), the following applies:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in.
  • 50% Charge: Cancellations made 3–7 days before check-in.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or “no-shows.”

4. Early Departure:
Guests departing before the scheduled check-out date will be charged for the entire reserved period.

 

5. Modifications:

  • Changes to dates or room type are subject to availability and must be requested 72 hours prior to check-in.
  • Modifications during peak seasons may attract additional charges.

6. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
